GBHesitant customer… Jeff Stein was personable and professional. He took care of my questions and made the arrangements as requested. I checked at the American Airline ticket counter after the tickets had been issued, they confirmed the tickets were legitimate. I’ll find out in June (travel dates) if everything goes as expected.

GBTruly Poor Service I am mystified how so many people have had great experiences with this company. I submitted 2 on line requests and got emails both times saying they were "trying to call me" but I never got a call. Got texts asking when I could speak and I always answered them. I called them several times, held up to 5 min. Never got a live person. I even asked for an email quote for my itinerary and never got one. I bought my ticket elsewhere.

GBI've tried using your company before I've tried using your company before, and quite frankly, felt it was a scam. All these representations about how much you would save me on business class seats, and yet when I looked, I could get the same price, and if some cases a better price on Orbitz. This time. Leslie found a great price with no hitches. SO based on this latter expereience, I would definately recommend BCG
