The customer service representative, SAM, was sooooo courteous, professional, patient, and went above and beyond to help me get the best possible airfare and would not end our conversation until he was sure I was happy and satisfied. GBCustomer service is great I booked a flight 2 monthes ago. Unfortunately because of the vehicle accident, i have to do the surgery and I cannot make the Date that I fly. I was trying to looking for someone to help me Customer Service Sam help me with a lot of passionate. He provide a good service to me and being very patient.
