Book and Travel with YMT This is our third trip booking with YMT. This was by far the best experience we have had. Bea answered all my questions in a timely manner and never pressured us to "book now." She gave us a couple price quotes depending what we wanted (airfare/ no airfare/ roundtrip vs one way.) So many questions and she was always so patient. When we were ready to book I had her direct line to contact her. She had all our papers ready so it was quick and easy. Can't wait for our trip this year! I will always contact Bea when we are ready to book again. Efficient, honest, and so patient! She even let us know of current promotions and discounts for booking again with YMT.

Ridiculous cancellation policy … We were a loyal customer & took five other trips with YMT in the past & have never been treated bad. We booked another cruise with YMT & unfortunately had to cancel due to my health. I have to undergo heart surgery & was unsure so we thought we’d cancel in plenty of time to get our money back, Cruise wasn’t scheduled to depart until 2025, & we canceled within 10 days of booking it. Nothing was done to warrant keeping our $500.00 deposit. Unfortunately YMT is keeping our deposit. Obviously money means more to the company than keeping good relationships. We won’t be using YMT services again!!
