Connect pay mess with dept of labor I signed up with connect pay in 2023. In october I got a letter from department of labor saying i failed to comply. I called connect pay and they blamed the DOL but said it was fully resolved. Fast forward to january i am issued a fine by the DOL. I called connect pay and they said they would look into it. It is now march and I have called, emailed multiple times to get an explanation of what happened and all I hear is that their tax department is looking into it. If you want headaches with payroll this company is the right fit for you.

Easy, accurate and priced correctly My agency recently left a PEO and moved to ConnectPay. The pricing is great and the onboarding was smooth. The system is easy to understand and I have dedicated support when needed.

Keep getting the same error message… Keep getting the same error message #500! And when I finally do get logged in it won't let me change the client. This SOFTWARE is the worst I've ever had to work with. Looking for a new system!
