GBConnect pay mess with dept of labor I signed up with connect pay in 2023. In october I got a letter from department of labor saying i failed to comply. I called connect pay and they blamed the DOL but said it was fully resolved. Fast forward to january i am issued a fine by the DOL. I called connect pay and they said they would look into it. It is now march and I have called, emailed multiple times to get an explanation of what happened and all I hear is that their tax department is looking into it. If you want headaches with payroll this company is the right fit for you.

GBBest payroll company to work with Connect Pay has been incredibly efficient and detail oriented for all of our chamber's needs. We were with another company that caused us to pay more in taxes than necessary and they wouldn't clean it up. Connect Pay helped us sort things out even though it wasn't their error.
