Ubud resort is fantastic. Kempinski beach not good I loved the Padma resort in Ubud. The spa service was fantastic. The Japanese restaurant was excellent. I loved the beautiful pool. The included privates driver was excellent and spent a wonderful day going to waterfalls and temples around Ubud. The Kempinski resort beach was not good. You could not swim in the ocean at the resort. The voucher system for food at the restaurants felt uncomfortable to use. When using the vouchers for dinner, it did not include any drinks. I understand having to pay for soft drinks or alcoholic beverages, but water/tea was not included and also had to be paid for. The service staff was wonderful but the Kempinski felt a little pretentious to me. I would not go back to that resort.

VIP Traveler made our vacation a breeze VIP Traveler made our vacation so easy. This was our first time traveling overseas. Understandably, we were a bit nervous as this was also our first time using VIP Traveler. Customer service was wonderful. I emailed them a few times because I was getting cold feet. They gave me a couple different options and reassured. I ended up not changing anything partially because of how they eager they were to help me. We got an amazing deal through them and they set up everything!! There was someone waiting for us once we landed and took us through the airport and showed us right where to wait for our next transportation to the hotel. They got our luggage and took us to a nice lounge to snack while we waited. We did not have to think about anything. It was priceless. We can't wait to use them again and have recommended them to so many people already.

Amazing Bali Experience My friend and I purchased the Bali package from VIP Traveler. We stayed at 2 different resorts and both were amazing with spectacular views and service. We were truly treated like VIP not only by the resort staff but also the chauffeurs and airport transportation services that were a part of the package. The only mix up we had is that after the deal is expired, we could not go back and view the other details of the trip "the fine print" and the travel voucher was very confusing since it contained both hotels information. However, it did get cleared up. I have already recommended this company to many of my friends and excited to go on my Maldives trip I booked with them.

The most beautiful experience Traveling with VIP Traveler to the Maldives made everything so simple and efficient. The communication was great and everything was organized for you. They set up the seaplane to the resort which was included in the cost. We truly had VIP treatment at the hotel, we literally had access to everything including the speciality restaurants, and there were so many great perks that we received. The Resort was incredible, the people were so kind and hospitable and obviously it was stunning! This by far has been my favourite trip to date and I plan to use them in the future for big trips. It just makes sense!

Absolutely the best vacation and… Absolutely the best vacation and destination EVER!! Massages , sea plane, floating breakfast, all inclusive meals and drinks, the ROOM, the activities , the gym , ALL of it was perfect and very well planned out! SO appreciative! It was our first empty nester trip and I would love to go back!!
