so good to be heard! I have dealt with a particular rep from Online Vacation Center on several instances/vacations. She has been extremely helpful and wonderful to talk to. I have had several conversations with other reps from other companies and they do not hold a candle to Karina!

OVC has always provided timely feedback OVC has always provided timely information and processing of cruises booked with them. The reps are knowlegeable and responsive to quesitons related to any booking. The information received (mailings) are high quality and offer numerous travel options. The OVC sales rep I have used for the past several years (Kristina Pham) has always been a pleasure to work with for OVC cruises.
