Enjoyed Israel Enjoyed Israel, the tour was very fast paced. Anna was very knowledgeable about the sites and history. The flight going over to Switzerland on Swiss Air was not a good experience as their was little leg room. The food was good though. The only negative experience I had was not getting my invoice until 2 days before the final deadline. Why I don't know. When I did finally recieve it , it was dated May 14 but I had not received it. That left me in limbo which was not a comfortable feeling. Otherwise I enjoyed everything about the experience except the long flight there.

Above & Beyond Donny Arkush and Tradition Tours went above and beyond exceptional service. Our tour brought with it many challenges and Donny, as well as our guide Gadi, were more than flexible and accommodating. Donny gave our group superlative personal care and Gadi went out of his way to adjust our itinerary at a moment's notice. This was the first tour of its kind for our organization, and we plan to take many more in the years to come. We have found ourselves long-term partners in Donny Arkush and Tradition.

Holy Land and Egypt tour Both legs of the trip were as expected in both Israel and Egypt but I cannot say enough about our tour guide in Israel Ze’ev, with a wealth of knowledge, very understanding and accommodating. Excellent driver to have as a tour guide as he did his best to ensure that we were comfortable, gave us more history and information about the sites we visited than we could ever imagine and if I retain 10% of what he said it would be more than enough for me. Kudos to him. Mo, our tour guide in Egypt was also knowledgeable and himself did a great job as our tour guide as did George in Bethlehem. Overall, the trip was great experience except and apart from the food at the Sonesta Hotel, the dinner menu was below average.

Israel, trip of a lifetime Anna, our guide for the week, shared a wealth of information as we traveled on the bus, at each site and always was available for questions. She kept the whole group moving and on time so that we could fit all of the destinations that we had requested in to our week long visit to Israel. All of our hotels and meal stops were wonderful…absolutely no complaints. Trip of a lifetime to walk where Jesus was born, ministered then died and rose again!
