Saved me $4000 on 3 tickets I was head of sales in the US, with a major company and I taught my sales people that follow through was the key to closing any deal. We're quite pleased with BBC Erik did his best to help us with last minute changes for which we are grateful. However, it sometimes takes a while to get communication going (2 emails and a phone call) which can be frustrating under the circumstances of our urgent problem. I'm hoping all will be good since we changed airlines and had to pay more for that different airline. We are pleased with BBC and hopefully will be able to do travel again with you.
