They take care of you on your trip! This was my 8 or 9th time traveling with A+R, we used to travel with them when they were GENERAL TOURS. Never really disappointed, because not only do they take care you while on your trip they listen and adjust their products based upon our reviews and feedback. Since I have been with A+R I have seen consistent changes made according to customer feedback, what more could you ask for? TBH, there are always hiccups when traveling, not everything will be perfect and not everything will always be your liking. But with A+R be assured that they will adjust, work with you and best of all make sure your next experience is even better. Nowadays, all one can ask for is that a company always tries to improve its client's experience. This is why my experience with A+R is always excellent. This trip was AUSTRALIAN EXPLORER, with a DUBAI STOPOVER and 5 nights in BALI on the way back to the USA. The Aussie trip was with a small group of 15 and, our tour guide was phenomenal! The other two parts of our trip were private and totally customizable. We thoroughly enjoyed this trip and A+R will be seeing us again next time we decide to give in to our wanderlust!

Great attention to detail in all selects of the trip We admire the way Alexander Robert’s made sure we always had guidance every step of our journey from the Cairo airport, to intra country flights, at hotels and all the sites we visited . Their arrangements were impeccable and we appreciate everything that was done to make this the trip of a lifetime.

A&R to Six Countries and counting. My wife and I have taken A&R Tours to six countries, and twice to Japan, we have always had a terrific experience.
