First family ski trip This was our family's first ski trip, and SnowPak handled all of the unknowns for us. Without major research, we would not have known what passes to get or how to set them up, which equipment rental company to go with, setting up transportation to/from the airport, etc. From the time that our flight landed to the time that we left, we felt like the vacation was handled and we didn't need to worry about anything unexpected. Even knowing what we know now, we would use them again in the future.

Perfect Vacation! Our trip through Snowpak was FANTASTIC!!! Our family of 4 visited Banff for the first time from PA, and it went better than I expected. The quality of service was amazing and everything went so smoothly. Our ski and snowboard rentals were great quality and they delivered and picked everything up right from our hotel.
