Frontier Airlines decided to provide a… Frontier Airlines decided to provide a smaller plane despite having a full plane. My husband and I were told we could get on a flight the following day. After contacting Cheap Caribbean, Bryce called and took every bit of stress off my shoulders. He arranged with my hotel to increase my stay for free so we didn't lose a day vacation. He advised the company collecting us from the airport that we would be traveling a day late. He booked us a return flight and even checked us on our flight and forwarded boarding passes when Frontier was not accepting my check-in. Bryce stayed in touch with me by phone and email, Taking a big weight off me. I was sent an Angel when I was so overwhelmed. Thank you Bryce. You're amazing.
