GBJust got back from Hawaii! Just got back from Hawaii!! Was only a 4 day stay, which kind of sucked... but for 190 bucks for round trip air and the stay can't complain too much... It was truly amazing! Can't wait for our next Vacay!!

GBUnresponsive It has been several months of us contacting Sapphire Resorts to be let go from our timeshare and they show no signs of any cooperation. So far, they have not offered any help or answers as to why the presentation they gave was almost completely opposite information from what they were actually selling. Their advice is to sell or gift it to someone, which still leaves us on the hook until someone is willing to take it, and no one is. We also do not want to be held responsible for passing this over to an innocent person knowing that Sapphire lied to us about the details of the timeshare. We have not been able to use it one time. Every time we have attempted to set up a trip, nothing is available regardless of the dates, times of year, or locations. According to the salesman we would have no problem using it, there are a ton of available properties around the world, and worst of all, that it would be worth more money one day! Do not give this company your business. They will not keep their word, they will not offer solutions or help, and they do not have customer service skills. They lie to make money and lock you into a meaningless contract.

GBLaziest people and a scam I have not heard from these people in over 6 months. They are impossible to get ahold of and when I could in the past they simply told us they would not help. It should not be this hard to get someone to answer an email. We’ve never used the timeshare and couldn’t use the free trips because they made it so difficult. They also are not free! There are nonrefundable deposits and extra reservation fees. The trips would cost an extra $600 and there were specific airports we would have to use that would still involve a 14 hour drive to get there. They lied and said 5,000 points would be enough for our family of five to go anywhere at any time. It barely gets us two days. Our points also can only be booked 30 days out, which they never explained, and that makes it impossible to get work off, book flights, etc. I’ve called and tried to reason with them about this twice. I got different answers both times and ultimately told “that’s impossible”. The more information I get from them the more I know they lied to us. Now that I’m trying to cancel this because of their dishonesty, it’s even harder to get answers or hear back. It’s been months and we’ve paid them thousands of dollars to be able to vacation on a yearly basis. We want our timeshare canceled because it obviously do not work the way they say it does and they do not do anything about it.

GBIf I can give a freaking 0 star If I can give a freaking 0 star, I’ll give them no star and I’ll give them a go F yourself.. These people are big scammers. I am so angry. I’m going to sue this company and everyone of these scammers and I’m going to report business bureau, I’m going to sued this company because this company lied to me. They freaking tricked me had me sit for a hours tell me all kind of lied and tired my ass out and then had me sign this crap contract and now tell me everything is book and a whole different Story than they originally tell me in the beginning. These f scammers stop here today I’m going to put them on the news channel and everywhere.
