Fabulous home This home was fabulous! It was clean, comfortable and stylish. Well-equipped kitchen, lovely common space, bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy to communicate with owner who was very responsive. One of the most comfortable and fun homes we have ever stayed in. Location was also great--easy to access the beach, yet in a quiet beautiful neighborhood going up the hill toward the palisades. Highest rating!!

Everything about Palmilla and the condo… Everything about Palmilla and the condo were great. We highly recommend the location; best place we've stayed in Port A. The toiletries provided (shampoo, soap) were poor quality, and there was very little water pressure. Taking a shower was difficult and annoying.

Convenient, comfortable and well-appointed home! This beautiful property was well-appointed, cozy, comfortable and very convenient. Highly recommend - we would definitely stay here again. The ease of calling the Canyons Connect shuttle to get up and down the mountain was great (although cabriolet lift is very close). Our kids really enjoyed the pool - nothing but great things to say!

We had a delightful time We had a delightful time, the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is the information you sent me regarding check-in is a bit outdated. The management team no longer requires an email and has moved their registration over to a website. The code to the locked key box is not valid, only the door code is needed. Giving me both codes was unnecessary and confusing.

We found Turnkey staff to be helpful… We found Turnkey staff to be helpful and friendly and very responsive to queries. For us, best property management company we’ve yet experienced. We appreciated being able to text them and their swiftness in response time. I didn’t get a sense of tedious bureaucracy, just a quick, useful and human answer to my questions. Well done!
