Our emails and telephone calls with Veronique were promptly replied to and she couldn't have been more helpful. The payment of the deposit was straightforward. We were fortunate to be able to view the villa and meet Veronique as we were already holidaying on the island at the time of booking. It was a pleasure to meet Veronique and we look forward to meeting her again next summer.

IEWe were interested in a villa and… We were interested in a villa and Villanovo offered to hold it for 24 hours but the next morning emailed to say another agency had rented it to someone else.

CAI have sent several emails regarding a… I have sent several emails regarding a booking and I have received no response. Bad customer service. They just lost thousands of Canadian dollars by not replying for a potential booking in Mauritius. You snooze you lose.
