Unresponsive when it counts We booked the condo beach rental Seaview Unit 300 with Bliss Beach Rentals for a week in August 2023. Aside from an unusual lingering odor, the unit itself seemed ok, but the building was a disaster. The elevator was inoperable from day one and three calls into reporting, we never heard another promised response for a timeframe on repair or a warning that there would be no plans for repair during our stay. Had it been working and we had not had to climb the 48 steps (one-way) for 7 days straight with the entire family and all belongings all day long, we might not have noticed the building was filthy all the way down. There was a presumably used dental floss pick, roaches (alive and dead), grimy hand-railing, and awful smell from top to bottom that greeted us the entire visit. Maintenance arrived without notice on our last day to replace the air filter in our unit with no news, apology, or offer to compensate for the miserable state of the building. They also had to trek the hallway and stairs to reach the unit, so obviously they were aware of the conditions and had nothing to say about it. The Gulf view and family friendly layout of the unit is exactly what we would like to have enjoyed most. However, the lack of control over the property’s poor maintenance will keep us from ever booking this property or with this company again.

Heaven ... ...The house we rented was awesome! It was beautifully decorated and with three king bedrooms, accomodated our family with grown children really well. The kitchen was stocked to the max and the only thing missing were some oven mitts. The barbeque grill outside allowed us to cook family meals. The bikes we had were a bunch of fun for the whole family but also provided constant transportation for our teenagers to get around the community. There were lots of towels and the house was super clean! I'd rent this house again in a heartbeat. It made our family vacation wonderful.

Worst service ever Worst service ever! If you have any issues with your rental they will absolutely put you off every single day until you finally depart! I will never rent through them again! That’s not to mention that the house we rented from them had so much water damage. It was like walking in a Funhouse. Terrible rental and terrible service! Don’t waste your hard earned money!

Fabulous private beach house!!! This house was gorgeous and we absolutely loved it! We will definitely be coming back! The four kids loved playing in the plunge pool when they needed a break from the sun and the grandparents enjoyed the elevator. The view from the main floor from the living, breakfast room and kitchen is breathtaking! Everything in the pictures and description were exactly as we hoped!

Great location! The property is beautiful and very clean, however, there were quite a few issues during our stay. Backyard needs maintenance, specifically getting all the weeds out, they were everywhere! Lights on palm trees do not work, outdoor grill vent was broken, our oven/stove had to be shut off because oven kept turning on by itself several times during the day and night. Also, AC went out on the third floor. Our master door lock didn’t lock.
