Great customer service I spoke to a rep via the Chat feature online and she was able to find an option for me that wasn't visible to me online (due to minimum stay requirements for the weekend I was planning to visit). She was very willing to help and explain everything to me. I'd definitely recommend Stay Winter Park!

We enjoyed our condo but after a day of… We enjoyed our condo but after a day of skiing it was hard to climb to the third floor! I would definitely recommend requesting a first floor condo.

Dated & Short on Amenities Our 1 bedroom condo was very dated, so it didn't feel clean. The pull out bed was disgusting. Our kids are 7 & 11 and the 1 bedroom was too small for us. Even though wifi and fireplace were part of the online rental description, ours did not have either amenity. The rec center was the saving grace, so instead of hanging out in the condo, we spent most of our down time there. We chose Hi Country Haus because of the price and since it was last-minute, we didn't have many other options. We'll know to plan further ahead next time.
