The condo was the cleanest I've been… The condo was the cleanest I've been in. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Will be staying again sometime in the near future. Will definitely be recommending.

Will not return Will not return. We weren’t told about the keyless entry & weren’t provided the code to enter the unit or the gate. We were treated as if we were dishonest (even though i provided all confirmation numbers & dates requested). Summary of my most memorable: 2 elderly women; 5 nights. 2 rolls of bath tissue and 2 wash cloths for the entire stay. Ran out of tissue 3 days into the stay. We requested more tissue and additional wash cloths. We were told we had used our "allotted amounts" and if we wanted more then we would would need to buy it ourselves!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN; however I have a lifetime of unpleasant stories to share with folks about VACASA (and I will)! Following up on VACASA’s response …. I searched my entire email box and there was no email that provided codes, etc. AND it’s good to know that I am expected to buy basic supplies. I can’t fathom any reason why I do any Air BNB in the future. Did our own cleaning. Washed our dishes beforehand because they were not clean, had to remove our garbage into a dumpster (in the rain) that was nearly as tall as me. And now im told i should expect to cover the cost (and do the shopping) for basic supplies. I will go to a hotel next time.

Vacasa Plantation East #3218 Vacasa Plantation East #3218. Don’t do it!!!! We arrived to a dirty broken down unit, with bugs on the drapes and bedding, electrical cords on the floor, holes in the wall, dirty stained bedding, mold, rust in the refrigerator, TVs not working, electrical outlets not working. Blood or feces on the bed skirt and wall. Wasn’t sure what it was. Horrible experience. Called customer service and sent pictures. Rude and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs. Have pictures would upload here if I could.

Great place and location Great place and location. It could use a deep cleaning like ceiling fans, light fixtures etc but there has been some construction so I want to show grace to the housekeepers. We would definitely like to book that unit again!
