They did some research into this and helped confirm my suspicions they were not! They looks into the company house records and presence on the internet (or not as it turned out) and helped me avoid a scam for sure. Thank you.

I contacted consumer time share… I contacted consumer time share association to ask for advise regarding a time share, termination and a s75 claim. they got back to me and couldn't do enough to help. If you want to terminate your timeshare you can request a contract termination direct. We sent a letter recorded delivery and have had confirmation that our agreement has been surrendered with no further obligations. Don’t waste more money, it cost us £6.50 with Royal Mail and we did not pay our 2021 Maintenance Fees.
