The company called it a glitch in the system. We will be refunded since this is our only cabin pick. Don't fall for this scam! I'm done with American Patriot. Why we have use American Patriot Getaways We have used American Patriot Getaways three times. I’m pretty sure we won’t ever use any other rental company. If you need anything they’re Johnny-on-the-spot to help you. There’s no hidden costs and the rentals are exactly as described. We don’t have to go looking for the office and wait in line either. Views for Days Cabin does not disappoint!!! Fast easy and friendly service!! The cabin was exactly as pictured! The Bears did not disappoint as they frequented the are all times of the day. Just bring additional bedding(sheets/blankets) if using the let it couch or futon. Cabin was near and in close range to Gatlinburg and not far from Pigeon Forge. Loved the ice hockey and pool and hot tub. Would visit again.

We stayed at Bearadise4us which was… We stayed at Bearadise4us which was listed as a luxury cabin. Hot tub had green growing on the cover, the grill was unusable and standing in a tray of grease. The screen on the porch was ripped letting insects in. The cabin itself was dusty, carpets stained both upstairs and down. Toilets had rust stains. mattresses and couches were worn an uncomfortable. Tv service needs to be upgraded. Does this sound like Luxury to you???
