Wonderful staff and properties Wonderful staff, and properties! We rented the cabin Gospel getaway. It was so cute! And everything was clean and fresh. Inside and out. The directions were very good. They even made check out fun and easy with Alexa! We will definitely be back and will continue to go with Auntie Belhams. Loved the whole Explorie benefit also! That was amazing!

Kathy's Kabin - Beware We stayed in Kathy's Kabin on 7/29/21-8/1/21. The check-in process and communication during the area internet outage was great. However, the actual cabin was less than desirable. We actually left a day early because the cabin was not cleaned well (both showers were dirty, and there was a brown ring around the upstairs toilet). Also, there were many cobwebs around the cabin. In addition, there is a major bug problem. I probably killed at least 50 centipedes in the downstairs of the cabin. We had to walk around the cabin with shoes on at all times. There were also lots of moths (living and dead). Finally, the sleeper sofa upstairs was broken. My daughter sat down to watch television, and the right side collapsed. I did communicate to the rental office that we were leaving a day early because of the dirty cabin and bug problem. The only response was that they would look into the issues.

Not my 1st pick! We stayed at "Lazy Daze" a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin. We were very happy with the customer service, and friendliness of staff. However, the cabin we stayed in needed some extra attention. The hot tub was filthy when we arrived. We did contact them and someone came out to tend to it. The lack of cover over hot tub was a bummer. There is nothing blocking u from neighbors beside, below or ppl driving by. It rained all weekend, a cover would be nice! I understand that a pet friendly place is gonna have some pet (un)friendly issues, but there was a very strong stench of urine when sitting on the couch. We believe it was coming from the rug. My dog kept sniffing the rug also. The cleaning staff seems to be doing the bare-minimum. There were reachable/visible thick cob webs, and hairs all over. The use of a dehumidifier was concerning bc the floors showed water damage on the edge of each plank, which made us worry about mold issues. The upstairs shower did not drain properly. The couch was not wide enough to lay on comfortably. We did like the upstairs bed, it was very comfortable. And we liked the wrap around deck.

It’s A Wonderful Life with an Amazing View. We have had the pleasure of staying at Auntie Belhams Cabins on 2 occasions. Each property has provided us an exceptional experience. The properties met all our expectations and the staff at Auntie Belhams have met all our needs. The customer service members are easily accessible and quick to respond when you call on them and very respectful. Our last visit was Thanksgiving 2020. like so many families, holiday traditions were broken last year and families found new ways to celebrate. for our family a new tradition emerged and here we are making plans to return for Thanksgiving in 2021... thank you Auntie Belham from our home in Florida to the homes you have provided in the Smokies, Sincerely John and Doreen Malnati

Didnt want to leave What a beautiful cabin. We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was well stocked and decorated for Christmas. We will definitely use Auntie Belham again. The staff was very friendly when reserving and check in was effortless. Thank you for making our honeymoon special.
