I took off one star because I don’t remember seeing anything about the 2 extra fees, that were almost $50 total, prior to confirming purchase. If they were there, they should be more noticeable. If they aren’t there, be prepared.

GBI was dubious as I never heard of you… I was dubious as I never heard of you before & reserved anyway because of word of mouth about the resort. My credit card was declined due to possible fraud. Bank called me within moments & it was straightened out.

GBDon’t fall for the 14 free trial When visiting the Spot2Nite booth at the 2024 Tampa RV show we decided to see if this would work for us. Agreeing to a 14 day trial. After 7 days we decided it was not for us. I tried to cancel the trial but could not find ANY option for cancelation. I opted to cancel the account. To my surprise on day 15, Spot2Nite processed the $59.99 membership. I contacted my credit card company, informed them I did recognized Spot 2Nite but that I had canceled the trial within the 14 days. They suggested I file a dispute which I did. That prompted several emails and phone conversations between me and Spot2Nite.They have agreed numerous times(with emails stating they owe me a refund and it was their software error, but they have another problem and can’t process a refund. Their accounting system can’t do a refund if there is an open dispute. Sounds like another software problem to me. Their only solution is for me to cancel the dispute and “trust them” as they try to assure me they are good for their word. Why should I start now? This has going on for several weeks and they insist I cancel my dispute. Per my credit card company, if I cancel the dispute I have no further rights to any other disputes with Spot2Nite. Spot2Nite admitted that if i cancel the dispute I can’t go back to the credit card company and again I can only trust them. My suggestion to the RVing community be aware and find other solutions.

GBLast minute booking on holiday weekend Last minute booking on holiday weekend, found us a great campground. Had an amazing time at a new location, and drive was relatively close. Very simple and easy.

GBBooking difficulty I had a difficult time booking my reservation and called the help number. The young woman I reached went above and beyond helping me booking my reservation. There was difficulty at the site I was booking and she contacted the park and then called me back when they had been able to reconnect their WIFI. I believe her name was Emily.
