First time booking and loved my experience! After my first time booking with redweek, I’m a fan! It didn’t take long to confirm the booking and I love all of the information I could see when choosing a resort and week!

convenient but fees are costly I like being able to book with my credit card but still prefer listings where I deal directly with the owner. The Redweek fees are ridiculous and add to the cost of the trip.

Response was quick and week appeared in… Response was quick and week appeared in 3 days. I think as a Red Week subscriber I would have gotten a discount on the fee.

There were 2 listings There were 2 listings, same place, same price, same date. Gave all payment info to the first one listed. Didn’t hear anything. Then online said rented. Wasn’t sure if it was to me or someone else. Surely didn’t want two units for the same week. There should have been some reply from RW that someone else had rented that unit.

First timer. So far so good! So far, so good! My first time using RedWeek. Booking went smoothly, when I had a couple questions, I called and almost immediately talked to an actual person who was super helpful. The emails sent kept me updated every step of the way from my booking request to finalizing the booking. We leave for Maui tomorrow so hopefully everything goes well at check in. I will post another review upon departure.
