App very easy to use and very ergonomic - lots of homes available I really like the home exchange concept. The home-exchange app is very easy to use and very ergonomic. Both types of exchange (simultaneous and by GP) are very practical as they offer more freedom and allows you to exchange more often. A lot of homes are registered which gives you a lot of choice. On the downside, support was totally ineffective when I encountered a problem during my exchange in Madeira (bed fleas) and the price of the annual subscription increases regularly.

Excellent Site for Home Exchanging We have belonged to Home Exchange for over a year now and have exchanged homes several times, both reciprocal and for guest points. The site is simple to use and has many properties to choose from. Our experiences exchanging have been mostly positive and we'll continue to use the site.

Guest Points allows for Flexibilty The Guest points system allows us to use our bnb unit to keep accommodation cost to a minimum when we travel overseas. We can travel at a time that suits us, I love the Barter aspect and the use of home exchange facilitates the guest points perfectly. It sometimes takes some time to find the right matches i.e. places open to recieving guest points as payment available for the nights we need in the cities we will be so some patience may be needed or it might not always work out, but so far we are happy with the site so far.

Once in a Lifetime We were able to book 2 years in advance for the solar eclipse in Mazatlan, Mexico. Our place was a block from the beach and walking distance to anything we needed! We love Home Exchange and tell everyone about it!!!!

The entire process with Home Exchage…First exchange was a breeze! The entire process with Home Exchange has been wonderful! This was our first exchange and it went smoothly because of the ease of the website, a clear way to communicate with our guests, and easy access to answer any questions we have. I like the way the calendar is set up and the pre approval process! I also greatly appreciate the guidance from our guests, as they have done many exchanges before. I feel as though there is a real sense of community among the Home Exchange group so that everyone is willing to help so that the exchange be successful!
