Very Nice Pros: Customer service- Jennifer and company were great. Location. Cleanliness. Spacious. Cons: For reference, I'm almost 6'2" and 243 Lbs. I lived in the residence for almost a month. Bed in master bedroom was to small (Queen). TV in living room was too small, around 40inches. The living room is huge so you're sitting a good distance from the TV. Ironing board was small, made ironing my clothes a harder task.

Beautifully designed From the start, The team was courteous and very professional kept open and easy communication. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, had every amenity you could possibly need and those pillows are amazing! I would stay as long as I could but I knew that my stay was short. The neighborhood is safe and calm, and you're just a few miles from coral way or from Coconut Grove and both are phenomenal. I enjoyed every moment, thank you so very much you guys are are amazing!

The Enclave The apartment was well maintained and fully equipped for our needs. The location was excellent. Guest services was very helpful and friendly especially Rachel Shaffalo. The initial service and sign up procedures were smooth and efficient especially Lisa Duebler and Laura Pullease

Loving this experience … I am currently staying at my 2nd apartment within this company. I have been really pleased with both properties thus far. Not only are the buildings beautiful but the locations are just as nice. Everyone one involved has gone above and beyond to make sure that my needs are met and that my stays are comfortable. I highly recommend Stay Sojo to anyone looking for corporate housing. You’ll never want to sleep in a hotel again!

Living in a furnished unit for the last… Living in a furnished unit for the last 14 months with another year and a half until the construction project is furnished has been a pleasure, solely because of the people at Stay Sojo. Maintenance is great, property staff is responsive and helpful. Responses to requests for maintenance or regarding any issues are handled quickly, efficiently and in a most friendly manner.
