Great condo for families Great condo for families in a private, small 9 unit building. We've stayed for three years in a row now and plan to spend as many vacations here as long as it's available.

Perfect for my family of 7 Everything was as described in the listing. Mahalo to the Kauai Exclusive team for providing a clean and well prepared home for our 9 day stay. The house was very spacious for our family of 7, which included a 2 year old. We are planning another trip in the future and hope it is available at that time.

The condo was gorgeous and so clean The condo was gorgeous and so clean! The view is extraordinary. There should be more kitchen towels though. Other than that, not one single other suggestion. I love that there is a Brita in the fridge!!!

We will be back! Everything about our stay in Kauai with Kauai Exclusive was amazing! From Darshan contacting me before our to trip to help with adventure planning to her continued help throughout the trip. Our condo was in a perfect location and the condo itself was just what we were looking for. Clean, ocean view, steps the the beach and beautiful tropical landscaping! We will be back!

Lovely older condo in great location! We loved the close proximity to Lawai Beach, Spouting Horn and Kukuiula Shops for walking destinations. The grounds/pool were well maintained and lovely. Our condo was clean and spacious with a bath and a half. We especially loved the ocean views from the lanai (off bedroom) and small view from living area. The kitchen had most everything we needed except for a dishwasher which I overlooked before renting. BBQ grills are available near the pool. However, the furnishings in condo 315 need to be updated. Communication was limited to one phone call and email and app messages. It would be helpful to know you will have a starter pack of household amenities earlier as we had already stopped at the store from the airport before seeing the message. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved Kauai. We had no issues that needed addressed while staying at Prince Kuhio.
