Had a wonderful stay Had a wonderful stay! The cabin was clean and as described. Hot tub worked great and was only about 15 minutes to downtown Asheville. Would highly recommend!

Despite its secluded feel, it's conveniently close to everything we needed. The view from the porch was breathtaking, and we cherished every moment. This cabin is a perfect getaway for couples seeking a cozy and nature-filled retreat.

Cute cabin Nice, small, super clean cabin perfect for a couple humans and dogs. Well stocked kitchen supplies. Quiet neighborhood with some road noise from nearby. Lots of wildlife including deer, wild turkey and tons of other birds. Great porch with glider. Comfortable bed and nice towels. Inside temperature is self controlled unlike other places I stayed so that’s a bonus.

The Red Bird cabin at Lauren Mountain… The Red Bird cabin at Lauren Mountain Retreat was perfect! More than enough space for two travelers. We loved a relaxing first night in the hot tub following a long drive. The cabin has everything you need—ample towels, thoughtful decor, even complimentary kcups. The thoughtfulness and care from the owners is very evident. The location is super convenient to everything you need. We spent most of our time in downtown Asheville and the drive was very easy. We’ll be recommending this location to anyone we know looking to travel to the area!

Convenient, cozy, comfortable We had a lovely stay at the Laurel Mountain retreat, Brooksite Cabin) for three days. The cabin was as described and pictured. It is the most private of the cabins available, but it was perfect for just my husband and I. Very convenient to Asheville comfortable and well appointed highly recommend this as an alternative to staying in downtown Asheville or at a hotel. Another plus was that it was very dog friendly With a special gated spot for your pup, water bowl, food dish, and towels nice road for walking her as well.
