WebHR has excellent customer service WebHR has excellent customer service. The Live Chat function has helped me many times. HopeWay has been using WebHR for almost 3 years, and I am very happy with the overall application and the service.

The support and sales team not responsive! The support and sales team are not responsive. You really have to chase them to contact you back! The sales team doesn’t provide the best advice for the fair package that suits you. You could be overcharged hundreds of pounds without a refund. This is not the best deal within the competitive market. BCC
