Spammed my website's contact form to… Spammed my website's contact form to get a response then jumped on me to get me to pay for their service. Massive red flag! Who would want to work with this company!?

Total rip off I purchased the platinum plus package to have a fully done for me Shopify store. All I received was a new theme. No product research, no audience research, no copywriting, no SEO... Nothing! And when I asked for a resolution they claimed that the work was done and their refund policy does not accommodate partial refund at all. Buyer beware! PayPal sided with them as well, do NOT do business with this company!
