FAST!! I’ve ordered two different products from triple x and both came in with in 3 days of my purchase. One being LCA draw board and the other being a light kit for my pro chrono. Will be my first choice in the future for archery supply orders

thumbs up to triplex ordering my stool was a breeze-it was shipped out right away and arrived in a few days. bow season starts in 3 weeks so i'll know more about the product then, but as far as dealing with triplex goes it's been great.

Poor communication / no returns Emailed within an hour of placing my order to cancel 1 item on a $300+ order and got no response until the next day telling me it was too late. I was told I could return it once I received it. Emailed to return fletching jig once it was received and exchange for more expensive 3rd axis tool ( I was going to pay the difference), 5 days later and still no response. I guess I'll try and sell it myself. I try to support small businesses when I can, but in this case, spend a few more dollars and go with a reputable company to avoid these issues.

First rate company First rate company! I ordered a trail camera from them after reading other reviews. Price was competitive. After receiving the camera it was found to have a defect in the wiring. I contacted the owner and was able to get a replacement within three days. Excellent customer service.
