Found out that the FFL's license on file had expired and a new one had not been sent. Amy contacted the FFL and got an updated license. Amy then advised that everything was sent to shipping, but with the 4th of July holiday they were backlogged but my items would be on their way. I received a call from the FFL a couple days later advising I could pick up my pistol.

Excellent service at a good price Preppergunshop.com provided me with Great Service. They communicated every step in the process for the purchase of my first shotgun. They emailed me letting me know they were waiting on my local FFL. They emailed me when a shipping label was issued. They emailed me when my order shipped. They emailed me when the shotgun arrived at FFL. They followed up after I picked it up making sure that I was completely satisfied. I had one issue, and said so. They went out of the way to make it right and apologized about it. Rate was fair. I would definitely use them in the future.
