GBTried on two different occasions… I have tried on two different occasions to order from this company, and both times the same thing happened. Item shows that there are multiples in stock, place the order, and then wait weeks with no movement in order status and no contact from their support team. I would have to reach out to them to find that they're not going to be shipping my item and that my order will now be canceled. Again, this has happened twice on two separate orders. Done dealing with this company, poor business practices and communication and horrible inventory tracking system. Not worth the hassle, shop elsewhere.

GBBad reviews can be deceiving I was worried because I placed a time sensitive order for ski pants & saw the bad reviews on here after I had already placed my order. I ordered the pants on a Thursday evening and called that following Monday for a status update. I was only on hold for about 2 minutes & the service rep was super nice and accommodating. I never received tracking initially, but he confirmed the item had shipped the day after I ordered it & emailed me the tracking info on that same call. I received the item the following day, ahead of when I needed it to come in. Very satisfied with my experience!

GBOrder placed with expedited 3 to 5 day… Order placed with expedited 3 to 5 day shipping. Credit card charged. No product received 3 weeks later. No tracking number received. Numerous emails to "contact customer service" over 9 day period without any response. Telephoning resulted in message call back during business hours when it was business hours. Does this business still exist? Will have to cancel through credit card

GBHappy Customer I ordered a new pair of Salomon ski boots on late Monday evening. SKIS.COM had a 10% off for new customers, so the price was the best I could find. Then I read of some of the reviews and was a little concerned. Not to worry. SKIS.COM shipped the boots on Wednesday (2 days later) and they arrived on Friday via UPS (total of 4 days from ordering). Probably would have arrived on Thursday but weather in the midwest has been delaying shipments. The order was correct. I would have prefered an email saying shipment occurred, but I did track the shipment on SKIS.COM website. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience and I would order from SKIS.COM again.

GBTerrible Customer service Terrible Customer service. I ordered a pair of ski boots and paid for the 2 day express shipping. I didn't receive the item until 6 days later. I attempted to reach out to the company about receiving a refund for the shipping. I called them multiple times and sent multiple emails and never received a response.
