GBService as promised I ordered skis to take advantage of end-of season sales. And there was only one pair of skis that I wanted left in stock. By the time I placed my order, it was gone. And that's understandable. I received a very courteous email from Lea at Skis.com that informed me of this, and assured me that my credit card was not billed and any pending charges will be cancelled. I am gratified to report that everything was done as promised, and in four days the pending hold was removed. I do not write reviews often, but wanted to state that I was well treated by this company. I gave four stars only because the website should have been updated when the item was no longer available.

GB10% Refund I was actually able to receive a 10% refund for the skis I got because they did not come with ski tip protectors that were supposed to be included. Still, I would have preferred to get the tip protectors because they seem to be nearly impossible for individuals to get without some kind of assistance from a retailer. They did not even try to help me get them.

GBOrder placed with expedited 3 to 5 day… Order placed with expedited 3 to 5 day shipping. Credit card charged. No product received 3 weeks later. No tracking number received. Numerous emails to "contact customer service" over 9 day period without any response. Telephoning resulted in message call back during business hours when it was business hours. Does this business still exist? Will have to cancel through credit card

GBFast Shipping & Good Service Ordered some XC boots from Skis. com. Got scared after reading so many negative reviews. Called 3 days after I placed the order, because I hadn't received an order status update. Customer service picked up after 1 ring. Told me my order had shipped 2 days prior and would be arriving the next day. Was also given the UPS tracking number. Item arrived next day, as stated. Only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they didn't originally send an email stating my order had shipped. Most online stores do that these days.

GBBad reviews can be deceiving I was worried because I placed a time sensitive order for ski pants & saw the bad reviews on here after I had already placed my order. I ordered the pants on a Thursday evening and called that following Monday for a status update. I was only on hold for about 2 minutes & the service rep was super nice and accommodating. I never received tracking initially, but he confirmed the item had shipped the day after I ordered it & emailed me the tracking info on that same call. I received the item the following day, ahead of when I needed it to come in. Very satisfied with my experience!
