Like my new University of Tennessee Cycling Kit I just received my new University of Tennessee cycling kit ordered from Global Cycling Gear. I am very pleased with the cycling apparel. I like the various University of Tennessee cycling apparel designs from which to choose. The entire process of ordering and receiving the product went smoothly and timely. Thank you to Global Cycling Gear for being in business and offering these University of Tennessee cycling apparel products. All went well. I am very pleased. Thank you.

Poor quality, no returns. The product is made with poor quality, thin material, and minimal stitching that cracks and pops as you pull the item on - and my order is even a size too large for me. I can't imagine how the cycling shorts would stay together or look if they fit correctly. I reached out to customer service but yhe company will not accept returns. It really feels like I've been scammed. Made in Vietnam but showed a US shipping address when I ordered. A total waste of money.

Total scam- they steal your money Currently stuck in refund hell with this disgusting company. They are fraudulently selling products with my company name on them. The product they deliver looks nothing like our company colors. They REFUSE to give a refund once the product arrives and looks nothing like the photo. This company is a total scam and you should AVOID.

Birthday gift to my husband I gave to my husband, an alumni of University of Michigan (he’s now 55) a kit representing University of Michigan. He BEAMED when he got this birthday present and wore it with pride. Best present I could have ever given him. I wish I could put his picture here!

Misled I placed an order for a jersey, USC Gamecocks, on November 14. The website stated that there were seven in stock. I received a confirmation email that the order will ship in 5-7 days. On November 23, I received an email stating that my order was shipping out from Texas. Fast forward to November 30 and still "sitting" in Texas. Now my order is supposedly "sitting" in Georgia. I paid extra for shipping to ensure that if I did not receive my order I would get a full refund. I have sent four emails and get the response that it takes time to create custom orders and thanking me for my patience. I will not order again from this company nor would I recommend them. I would rather them keep my order and refund me the money.
