My order arrived today My order arrived today, and WOW! am I impressed. Not only is the fit just right (thanks for allowing a mix/match option for the sizes), but the seat padding is WAY beyond my expectations. I was a bit concerned when ordering since the only description of the padding was a "premium chamois pad," which could mean just about anything. But the graphics of the bibs/shorts were so over-the-top for me, I figured I would take a chance. And I sure am glad I did! The pad is simply AWESOME and better than I had even imagined. Kudos to you, the designers, and the fabricators. A simply outstanding product that will serve me well for years to come! RIde on!

Refuses Returns on Items With Poor Fit Quality Bought a cycling jersey for my wife and although I bought the correct size the fit quality is terrible and I need to return it but GCG refuses to accept a return or refund our $. Their policy says that buying the "wrong size" doesn't qualify for a return but I bought the right size and it simply doesn't fit properly and GCG says that isn't a valid reason for returning an item. Are they kidding me? Any cyclist knows that some gear fits well and some doesn't, just like any other article of clothing. What reputable company sells clothing online and refuses to accept returns when an item that simply doesn't fit properly? Stay away from GCG...stay very far away!

Excellent I have bought a number of bike jerseys from Global Cycling Gear. In general, I have been extremely pleased. I did have one problem, a faulty zipper on one jersey. This was dealt with rapidly, efficiently, and generously, by sending me a replacement jersey free of charge. I strongly recommend them!

Return to Vietnam Product was way too big as per the sizing guide. Even though the phone number is US based, they requested I return it to Vietnam or pay $29 for another jersey that seems to be of questionable quality.
