GBSupport in non-existent! I have been emailing this company for the last 3 months without a response. I purchased a $600 swim platform months ago that quit holding air. They said they warranty their product. All I wanted is a return label to send it back so I could get a replacement or repaired and it has been total radio silence. I have sent over 30 emails because its the only way to contact these folks. They say they Guarantee all of their products...Yea! Until they don't... :(
