Unfortunately, she loved them, but they were a little small. I ordered her regular size, but they just didn't fit. I just wished that the return policy was different. I'm a bit disappointed in myself for taking the chance and in the store for such a policy. Unfortunately, not sure I would buy here again because of the policy.

They were responsive when I ordered… They were responsive when I ordered something in a color that was out of stock - immediately texting me to inform me and to ask if I'd be ok with another color that was in stock and available for immediate shipment. I appreciate their reaching out rather than waiting a good while for the product.

Purchased tall dress boots but they… Purchased tall dress boots but they were not the right height or calf size so sent them back and re-ordered the correct size. They held $100 on the return. The website says they have the right to charge 10% on a return but $100 is well over that 10% plus a actually purchased another pair of boots. This is not how you treat a new customer.
