Good product Good product. Had to warranty my board for a seam leak, warranty went though just fine but what a waste to just cut up and throw out the board. In order to get a new board under warranty, you need to cut 6 inches into the bottom of your board and send a photo, then dispose of your board. I just wish the material was being reused rather than just thrown into the landfill

Gun jumping You shipped a SUP to central Oregon in early April. Its really snowy outside right now I won't be able to try my new SUP for at least a month or two. Im already not too satisfied that I might not be able to return it if something is wrong after that length of time when I can actually try it. Please wait until its plasuable I may have used the thing before you ask me how it was. I am very excited to try it though. Edit: Maybe I came off aggressive. I wish there was a system in which one could have the return window from the day they opened the box instead of the date of purchase. I understand why this might not be plausible but it's regretful that people such as myself who purchase the SUP in colder zones and months don't have the opportunity to try it before the return window expires. Once I get a chance to give it a go, I'll be back here to give another edit.

Happy with good deal! Order came quickly as it always does from iRocker! Seems like a very nice portable battery! And at a great price! Will be nice for inflating sup as well as other charging needs, without depleting car battery.

I love it I love it, I took in the canal, I surf. I jumped off, the wind was blowing. I could no get back on like my surfboard. I went to end of the canal 2 times, once I stood up. I got my balance. The only reason I did not give a 5 star review, the wind was blowing, my leash broke the first time I took it out. Thankfully I was not alone. I put my surf leash on it was fine, but the quality of the leash is should be better. I love it it was the leash. Thankfully I can swim, the wind was blowing.

What a great Customer Experience Team! I just received my second SUP bundle as I was already super impressed with the first board. This time around, I noticed that one of the four packages was damaged during shipping. Upon opening the premium paddle box, the carbon fiber paddle had broken off from the shaft. The next morning I called the iRocker Customer Experience Team and spoke with Shelby. Within a few minutes and a couple of email exchanges the replacement paddle was on the way! Excellent customer service, product design and warranty make this company one that I would greatly recommend! Thanks iRocker!
