UtahSkis needs better business practices! Be aware if you're ordering anything from Utah Ski Gear!! I ordered a Jacket through their website and when I received the jacket, i noticed that the zipper was broken. I called the customer service number and spoke to a representative who emailed me a return label, along with some instructions. I used the return label and sent the jacket back, only to find out that they charged me $12 for returning a defective item? Shame on you Utah Ski! You need to do better.
