GBProduct that I ordered was not… Product that I ordered was not available and company called to ask what I would like to do. They offered a refund or upgrade product at the same price, I took the upgrade and it was shipped the next day. Packaging was great and product was as requested. Great customer service!

GBCalled me during the busiest time of the year to clear up confusion There were definitely some glitches in the email system and some notifications got lost. I got worried and sent emails to their support system which got no response. On the day my items were to be shipped, they called me to clarify the confusion and set things straight. This was during the holiday season, as well. Exemplary customer service and great deals, for anyone "unsure" if this site is legit or not
