There are a few things that I really… There are a few things that I really liked about HigherMe. It's simple, easy, and effective. We had hundreds of applicants and hired around 80 people within about 5 weeks. They do everything the other guys do but they're cheaper and it's just a monthly subscription that you can cancel when you no longer need it instead of a contract. They have great support staff that take care of their clients whenever they are needed.

HigherMe is the way to Go Good Morning Joanna, I am happy our local franchise chose to partner with HigherMe to assist with recent staffing issues brought on when the pandemic hit. Essential features such as contacting applicants directly through the portal for interviews and personality questionaires have made the hiring process much more convienient for my Store Managers. I enjoy being able to mark whether the applicant showed or didn't show, to enable a track history as well. A couple of my locations are struggling with scheduling interviews and applicants not showing up. This feature allows us to communicate across the board. HigherMe is also very user friendly from an Admin perspective, especially in regards to adjusting job postings, pay rates, and resetting passwords. Overall, our experience as been Great. Our company is enjoying using HigherMe as a Hiring Tool I’ve enjoyed the system being user-friendly to our managers. We’ve used similar platforms in the past but HigherMe is easy and has brought us more candidates than our “old” platform. Great Customer Service Experience. There are several features to the HigherMe platform that have been very useful to our staffing success. The ability to create new ads and control which ads are posted depending on our current staffing needs has helped us across our CPK brand. My favorite feature must be the boost feature! Sponsorship of ads when we do not have a ton of applicant flow has been instrumental in finding our people.
