Great customer service! I was looking for a pair of ski pants from the North Face that were in short supply toward the end of the season. White sweater that came pink? Sweater that was delivered was a completely different color than the picture. It was supposed to be white or whitish and it is light pink??? Not what I was expecting. Sweater itself is nice.
