The staff that I have are really great in personality and have great customer care. They are timely and able to accept instruction. I have received positive feedback about them from patients which is always a plus. As I always want my patients to feel respected when they contact the office. They lack knowledge in the operations of medical front office operations and procedure. So there is alot of training and revisiting procedure. Not expected if agency advertise to provide medical skills trained professionals.
