A little difficult for people with… Not too clear on the requirements i.e. didn't know exactly what the client requirements were therefore a little difficult for people who have disabilities.

The selection process is totally… The selection process is totally opaque. The decision is not supported by valid reasons. The results take very long. That's understandable because you might be handling high volume.
