GBTerrible Shipping took a long time. Once I received this item, I tried it for 3 days. Even though on the first day the crystals were stuck to my teeth. I tried putting them in the refrigerator as suggested and had the same issue. This did not work for me at all. I have sent a couple different emails, requesting a refund and wanting to send these back and can not get a response. So I would also say their customer service is lacking. These may work for others, but definitely did not for me.

GBNever received my gum…it’s been over 3 months I ordered the product in early November 2022 and still haven't received it. Its been 3 months and they haven’t returned any of my emails. I want a refund if they can’t give me the product I paid for. I will not be ordering from them again

GBI payed for the subscription back in… I payed for the subscription back in November & never received the gum and they charged me for December as well without even receiving the first package. I’ve tried emailing and they don’t respond.. I don’t even know how to cancel my subscription.

GBGood product inconvenient shipping Project Jawline seems to be a good product. Not a drastic difference within the first week of using the product which is expected but it is working. The only problem I had was my experience with shipping. I paid $7 for expedited shipping and I received the package two weeks later. It took a week for them to ship my order from their warehouse which in my opinion isn’t time efficient considering the extra fee I paid.
