Beware - Deceptive/false advertising They advertise return/refund policy of 60 days. We tried to return and they quoted $25-$30 shipping cost to return. We paid $31.99 for the item. If you look at the USPS label on the shipment received, it shipped from California. They tried to get us to order another knee brace and they would only charge $19! I continued to push for shipping instructions for a refund, that finally sent the return instructions.........well you have to ship it back to China (customer pays shipping cost). Extremely deceptive company and false advertising. BEWARE buying anything from this company.

Once I received the product Once I received the product, I found instant relief as I strapped them on my left and right Knee Having degenerative Arthritis. In both my knees it brings relief and comfort using the product. I would recommend it too many who are in pain.

Deceptive Advertising BEWARE - Product advertised as having a "60-day money back guarantee." I ordered two different sizes. Product came with no return instructions except to contact customer service. I received absolutely no response to my first two attempts at contacting. I only got a reply after my third attempt where I threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau if they did not respond. At first, customer service tried to discourage me from returning, claiming return shipping would be very expensive. After I pushed back, they finally instructed me to ship the item back to Guangdong, China despite the shipping label listing a return address in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. I wish I had never ordered from this company to begin with.

I purchased this knee sleeve because it advertised for bone on bone relief I purchased this knee sleeve because it stated to give immediate relief but that is not the case I wear the brace everyday as soon as I get up. It helps a little with the bone on bone pain but not as much as I would have loved I still try to do my daily routine. I still walk with a limp and when I take it off my knee is killing me. I was looking for more relief because I really don't want to have to have surgery.
