Incredible customer service Incredible customer service. My bag had some defects after a few months of use. Quiet punch not only replaced the bag with no questions, but also threw in some bag gloves to make up for the hassle. That is premier customer service.

Great concept Great concept. Just not made for us strong guys. My box always flies off of the bag. Had to tape it on. And my box cords ripped apart. Still, recommended. Hope they make a more durable bag moving forward. Customer service was great and sent me a replacement bag.
