Deserves a 5 star rating I have used Latmat for a month and absolutely love it. Its large enough to accommodate all movements and is absorbs the impact on the knees and ankle when working out. I love its stability and does not roll or slip with fast movements. The customer service was great. I received my mat within a week of ordering it. Of all the exercise mats I have tried, this is by far the best one. Definitely deserves a 5 star rating.
