Excellent service Excellent service. I didn’t realize my old address was on file. When I entered my address for credit card I incorrectly thought I was putting in my shipping address. When I contacted customer support they corrected the issue in minutes. And it was late at night too! Love the shirts and love the service!

Good online customer service Bought some wrist wraps 1-2 years ago. Used it every session that it was needed , started having wear and tear and eventually ripped where the thumb loop is. Just thought I would go ahead and message customer service- got a quick reply and they honored there warranty by sending me new wraps for free.

I was having issues with the knee sleeves after about 6 months of leg workouts as it started slightly tearing at one of the seams so I emailed them and they got right back and shipped me a new pair for free!
