Everything was good except one… Everything was good except one misalignment. And customer service isn't that great. I accidentally ordered the wrong lever arms and they wouldn't simply order me the new mount points thar would easily swap out. Willing to pay extra to avoid having to pack it all up and shop back. I simply have no time for that. Customer Service didnt care to attempt to do what i asked. Seems like a much cheaoer option for everyone involved. B52 is what i got.

I am not one to leave reviews I am not one to leave reviews, but jeeze, this machine is worth it, it’s absolutely amazing. I would advise to set this up with 2 people and make sure you have a socket wrench because if you don’t, your experience will be long and excruciating. It took us about 4 hours to set this up, but that was with 3 children running around and having to stop every so often. The instructions are literally just pictures, with letters and numbers next to it, so if you have a hard time reading directions that are like this, then I would advise you to watch the video tutorial on how to set it up. Conclusion of this review, if you can afford this machine, and you are genuinely looking for a good piece of workout equipment, this is it. You’ve found it.

The installation was simple with easy to follow directions - both on paper and online. Received a damaged bench Received a damaged bench. They sent me part of the bench to replace a portion of what was damaged. They said that they didn’t have any replacement pads in stock and offered me a $50 gift card. This does not cover the cost of the bench and they did nothing else to solve the issue. They blamed it on shipping and said they would talk to them. Doesn’t help me
