Pretty good piece of equipment Pretty good piece of equipment. It showed up with rust on the inside of the tubing (not the outward facing painted side). Surprisingly lightweight and lots of versatility. Hip thrusts are a little wobbly, but I like that I have that option now. Back extensions and Nordic curls work very well with this equipment. Joints could be a little more stable, but I don’t feel unsafe ever. Looks like I missed out on the color coded knob upgrade!

It's not just a valid rehab tool, I've noticed significant improvements to my own athletic endeavors. Faster, stronger, can move much quicker incorporating the freak athlete exercises.

No product is perfect, but Freak Athlete comes close!! No product is perfect, but Freak Athlete is a company obviously attempting to create just that. I have been a pre order customer on most all offerings from the company and at no point have I been disappointed. Again, perfection is a hard bar to reach but if you appreciate what you get…and the utility and creativity they provide, you should never be disappointed.
