Always pleased Great customer service. I ordered two pairs of pulley separators, but only one ship. I called them up and they shipped the second one right out. I’ve been buying parts ( pulleys, grips, end caps) and cable attachments from Kam parts for a couple of years now and highly recommend them.

Fast Track replacement wheels Fast Track replacement wheels working fine. One word of caution: other on-line supplier apparently only provides the wheels. Kamparts provides the wheels, bolts and nuts. The bolts and nuts from my original fast Track do not fit these wheels. Though a little more expensive, it was important to get all components, as provided by Kamparts.

Replacement Saddles I first emailed about replacement dumbbell saddle specifications. I received detailed schematics for all available saddles, thus allowing me to make a truly informed decision. Order was filled quickly and in great condition. For the record, I originally purchased 40 saddles from Ivanko; the order was incorrect and needed to be returned. Ivanko's customer service was hands-down the worst I have ever experienced.

Shipping too expensive Shipping too expensive. Did not need Fedex (non-union and terrible to their employees) 2-day delivery. I bought the add-on weights (2.5 and 5 lb) for cable machine. The spacing on the 2.5 lb weights was too narrow to get them on my machine. The 5 lb weights were OK in that regard. The spacing should be the same on both. Good interaction with your sales staff, which answered my questions promptly.
